With over 25 years of construction management experience, combined with a background in corporate trade shows and events, Phillip Simmonds-Short has pretty much seen it all when it comes to anything and everything that can go wrong without a dedicated Project Manager on your side.
His clients have included major retail brands, airlines, fitness centers, restaurants, and many others. After working for several years successfully, as a Client, General Contractor, Owner’s Rep and CPM, Phillip has identified a need for a more centralized, independent party who posseses the knowledge of all aspects of the project. This mindset and skill set enabled him to help the client with better budgeting and planning, while being able to talk the same language as the GC and also forging better working relationships with vendors and subs. From this, Project Two Six was created.

The number twenty-six (Two Six) holds strong significance and is always occurring in Phil’s life (one example being his birthday! 6/26) so it only made sense for it to be incorporated in the business as the projects he takes on are all treated with the same personal importance he attributes to that number. Some may call it superstition or luck, but let’s be honest, sometimes you need a little luck in business.
